Sullivan County has reported three bats positive for rabies; Greene County has reported two skunks positive for rabies; Washington County has reported one dog positive for rabies
The Hawkins County Health Departments in Church Hill and Rogersville are partnering with local veterinarians to offer low-cost rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats throughout the month. The cost of the vaccination is $10 for each pet.
Rabies vaccination clinics will be held throughout Sullivan County on Thursday, May 2. County residents can get their pets vaccinated for $10.
