KINGSPORT — A city man has been charged with second-degree murder after police discovered the body of his wife in the couple’s mobile home Sunday morning.
At least one victim was taken for medical treatment, and police blocked access to the area as events continued in the hotel and convention center.
According to a Kingsport Police Department news release, patrol officers responded to the scene at approximately 6:30. Due to the seriousness of the incident, the KPD Traffic Unit was called to conduct an investigation.
The event, called “Serving Matters,” will teach people how to help others effectively, without hindering them in the long run.
KINGSPORT — A suspect considered armed and dangerous who was wanted by the Kingsport Police Department has been apprehended.
During the course of the investigation, special agents placed a camera in Cline's unmarked police vehicle without his knowledge. On Nov. 1, the camera recorded Cline and the prostitute engaging in sexual activity while in a parking lot at the Holston Valley Medical Center.

A group of officers with the Kingsport Police Department put their biking skills to the test this week during a 40-hour bike certification course.
A second crash happened about a mile away as traffic backed up for the first crash. The latter involved at least two tractor trailers. Southbound traffic was being diverted at Exit 66.
KINGSPORT — City police are asking the public to help identify a man believed to be responsible for stealing more than $12,000 worth of items from four Tri-Cities Walmarts during a 24-hour shoplifting spree.
