Rogersville's historic Hale Springs Inn due for about $130K worth of renovations
Repairs to exterior brick, which have been leaking water, as well as replacement of sagging floor joists and rotting foundation beneath the front entrance will begin soon, while a grant is being sought to repair the front portico and replace windows.
