TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated August 10, 2018, and recorded in the Register's Office for Washington County at Jonesborough, Tennessee, in Roll 964, Image 1185, Cody Alexander Tarlton, unmarried man, conveyed to Olan O. Jones, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a Note in the original principal amount of $152,411.00; and WHEREAS, the undersigned was appointed and substituted as Substitute Trustee under this Deed of Trust by a substitution dated August 31, 2020, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Washington County at Jonesborough, Tennessee in Roll 1028, Image 1835; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness and other provisions of the Deed of Trust have been violated, and Eastman Credit Union, the holder of said indebtedness has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and the Substitute Trustee has been directed to foreclose the Deed of Trust in accordance with the terms thereof; and WHEREAS, the public is hereby notified that the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell the hereinafter described real estate at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in hand, at the main entrance of Washington County Courthouse, 100 E. Located in the 15th Civil District of Washington County, Tennessee, to-wit: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the northerly margin of a County Road, locally referred to as the Sand Vallie Road, said point of beginning being North 63-29 West, 530 feet from the point of intersection of the northerly margin of Sand Vallie Road; thence continuing along the northerly margin of Sand Vallie Road; North 63-29 West, 100 feet to a stake; thence North 26-17 East, 166.70 feet to an iron pin in the line of Hawkins; thence South 65-30 East along Hawkins' line, 100 feet to a stake; thence south 26-20 West, 170.23 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and being Lot No. 6, as shown by the unrecorded plat of W.
