C.-P., DOB: 10/16/20 A CHILD UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE __________________________________________________________ ORDER FOR PUBLICATION It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition For Adjudication of Dependency and Neglect and to Transfer Custody in this cause seeking to transfer custody of the above-referenced child to a relative and to find the child dependent and neglected, a copy of which Petition may be obtained at the office of the Juvenile Court for Carter County at Elizabethton, Tennessee, 900 East Elk Avenue, Suite 906, Elizabethton, TN 37643, and the affidavit of diligent search filed with the Court, that the whereabouts of Lindsey Cole are unknown and that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon her, that the Department of Children's Services has exercised due diligence in attempting to obtain personal service upon Lindsey Cole; and it is, therefore, ordered that Respondent Lindsey Cole be served by publication of the following notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Johnson City Press, a newspaper published and/or regularly circulated in Washington County and Carter County, Tennessee. It is further ORDERED that if the Respondent Lindsey Cole does not enter an appearance or otherwise Answer the Petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon the Respondent Lindsey Cole by filing same with the Juvenile Court Clerk of Carter County, at Elizabethton, Tennessee. NOTICE LINDSEY COLE The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services has filed a Petition for Adjudication of Dependency and Neglect and to Transfer Custody in this cause seeking to transfer custody of the above-referenced child to a relative and to find the above-referenced child, B. C.-P., a child born to you on October 16, 2020, to be a dependent and neglected child. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are hereby ORDERED to respond by appearing at a hearing scheduled for July 26, 2022 at 9:00am in the Carter County Juvenile Court, 900 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Carter County Juvenile Court Clerk's Office at 900 East Elk Avenue, Suite 906, Elizabethton, TN 37643. This notice will be published for four consecutive weeks.
