• SINKING WATERS RIDGE HIKE, on the first loop of the Sinking Waters Trail at Warriors Path State Park, begins at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 28. Drive to the camp store and carpool to the start of the trail.

• SLIPSTREAM TRACK & FIELD CLUB is entering its 26th summer season. • STRONG TOWER FAMILY FUN Run & Obstacle Course event is set for Saturday, June 23 at 2244 Boones Creek Road, Johnson City.
