Wiley Everett (Bill) Ring, III passed away peacefully Monday morning at his home with his wife of sixty-one (61) years, Sara Lou, by his side.
A family inurnment service will be held at noon on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 in the First Presbyterian Church Columbarium. A memorial service will follow at 12:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. William M. Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: First Presbyterian Church, Kingsport Boys Club or charity of one’s choice.
