SURGOINSVILLE – The Surgoinsville Police Department is asking for information on the whereabouts of Jerry Qualls, 63, who hasn't been seen by his family since Sunday.

On Tuesday his family reported to the SPD that Qualls was last seen Sunday around 6:30 p.m. when he left driving a dark blue 1016 Dodge 2500 4-door pickup. Family stated that it’s out of character for Qualls to be gone this long without contacting someone.

His family told police Qualls has been under a lot of stress lately, and he has some health issues that he takes medication for.

Anyone with information about Qualls' location is asked to contact the SPD at (423) 345-2316.
