Chase Hungate knocked down five 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 25 points and River Carter scored 16 for the Falcons (10-9). Carter added six rebounds, four steals and four assists to his stat line, and Hungate also snared four steals.
Jake O’Quinn contributed 12 points, Brant Boggs and Evan Ramsey each scored 10 and Ramsey grabbed a team-best seven rebounds in the win.
Logan Riggins scored eight points to lead Carroll County (11-7).

MOUNTAIN CITY — Kaleb Meredith poured in a game-high 36 points in the Bucs’ nonconference win. Meredith hit five 3-pointers and finished 10-for-16 shooting from the field.
Ander Blowers tossed in 10 points for University High.
Michael Oxentine scored 14 to lead Johnson County.
South Greene 54, Unaka 36
ELIZABETHTON — South Greene didn’t make a 3-pointer in the game, but the Rebels’ defense countered by holding Unaka to only two points in the second quarter.
Sully Fox led South Greene with 20 points. Chase Carter had 11 and Levi Myers had 12.
Will Sexton had 14 to lead Unaka.
Johnson County 70, University High 36
MOUNTAIN CITY — After the Lady Longhorns’ Taylor Cox was recognized for scoring her 1,000th career point, she pumped in 19 points to lead the Lady Longhorns past the Lady Bucs.
Sadie Stout added 10 points and Natalie Winters had 12 assists for Johnson county.
Mari Johnson put up 14 points and Delaney Trosin netted 13 for University High.
South Greene 59, Unaka 51
ELIZABETHTON — The Lady Rebels got 18 points from Addison Williams and 16 from Haley Kells to hold off the Lady Rangers in the fourth quarter.
Unaka made nine 3-pointers. Jada Whitehead led the charge with 14 points — including three makes from the perimeter — and Lyndie Ramsey added 11.
