How well do you know sexual harassment?
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as amended in 1972, specifically prohibits employment discrimination based on religion, color, national origin, race and sex. Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) enforces sexual harassment guidelines. EEOC defines sexual harassment as “unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.”
