Judge refuses to suppress videotapes in Kingsport child sex case

KINGSPORT - A retired senior judge overseeing the case of alleged Kingsport child rapist Donald Lynch has denied a request by defense attorney Todd East to suppress videotapes seized from Lynch's home that will be used as evidence in the case.
