Neighbor shoots alleged burglar leaving Kingsport home, police investigating - VIDEO

KINGSPORT Police are investigating after a burglary suspect was shot by the alleged victim's neighbor. Sullivan County Sheriff Wayne Anderson said the incident occurred about 2:25 p.m. Monday.
