Overturned tractor-trailer shuts down lanes of I-81 in Kingsport - VIDEO

An overturned tractor-trailer on I-81 near Kingsport is altering traffic near the interchange with I-26. Police say one lane of southbound traffic will be shut down in that area until about 5 p.m.
