Kingsport Parks & Rec tips off week of activities with 3-on-3 hoops tourney

Fifteen participants came out to compete in the Youth 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament held at the V.O. Dobbins Sr. Complex on Monday, the first day of the Fall Break Activities scheduled at the complex for city students who are out of school this week.
