Rogersville Arts Council hosts 'Appalachian Spring Festival'

The Festival celebrates local traditions and creativity through crafts, storytelling, music, drama, and dance, all from local talent. It will be held this coming Saturday, Sunday and Monday on the grounds of the Rogersville American Legion post.
