Yennie school plan would phase out city students

The recommendation would send all Kingsport students attending Sullivan County Schools to the city school system, affecting a group that numbers about 800 this school year, but the decision will fall to the school board.

The private collection of rare animals opened to the public for the first full season in 2010 as Creation Kingdom Zoo. With ongoing construction, the breeding facility moved more residents into the public area.
