8-year-old steps out to help fight diabetes

Diabetes has not stopped one eight-year-old from enjoying his life and it hasn’t stopped him from raising over $1,300 to help fight the disease in a walk being held in Kingsport on Saturday.

BLOUNTVILLE — Sullivan South’s composite ACT score for its 2013 graduating class has bested Dobyns-Bennett and Science Hill. South is among the top-scoring schools in Tennessee and is the highest-scoring high school on the ACT in Northeast Tennessee.
