'Puttin' up' - Home canning a tradition that's worth preserving

Past generations, including most all of my family, routinely kept gardens and preserved their harvest. Two years ago, I decided to learn how to continue our family tradition of canning food, or "puttin' up," and continued this last Thanksgiving.
