A Kingsport native and Lynn View graduate, Marsha Mullins has held a variety of jobs over a 16-year period: from driver to receptionist to records clerk to 'mind reader.'

Through their latest service project called Mats for Homeless, R.A.I.N. members collect and recycle plastic shopping bags throughout the greater Church Hill region and use them to crochet plastic, weather-resistant sleeping mats for the homeless.
