Kingsport's Geno powers Sounders to first-round U.S. Open Cup victory

Kingsport's David Geno opened the U.S. Open Cup with a bang Tuesday. The East Tennessee State soccer standout scored four goals to help the Seattle Sounders U-23 beat Doxa Italia 5-1 in the first round of the U.S. Open Cup.
