The haves and the have-nots in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model division at Kingsport Speedway have been easy to identify so far this season, and that dilemma led track officials to tinker with the rules once again this week.

The Tennessee Chosen Few Elite AAU fifth- and sixth-grade boys basketball teams recently competed in the Tennessee Division 2 AAU championships in Nashville. The fifth-grade team won its division and the sixth-grade team place fourth in its age class.
