Nathan Vaughn sues Tenn. Ethics Commission over dismissed complaint against Mumpower, Casada

The Tennessean is reporting that former state representative Nathan Vaughn, who was the target of a controversial campaign in Sullivan County, is suing the state's ethics commission after it dismissed his complaint against two Republican lawmakers.
