Former Damascus, Va. police chief pleads guilty to selling drugs

According to a Bristol Herald Courier report, former Damascus, Va., police chief Tony Richardson has pleaded guilty to seven drug-related charges. In a plea agreement, Richardson admitted selling methamphetamine and prescription drugs while police chief.

Morristown traffic engineer says proposed law regulating yellow phase at red light camera intersections a bad idea
