Morristown drivers making drastic change in habits under the gaze of traffic cameras

According to a report by the Morristown Citizen-Tribune, the red light cameras on Highway 25E will be a revenue source for both Morristown government and Redflex, but ticket numbers indicate that motorists are drastically modifying their behavior.
