KINGSPORT — An annual parade in downtown Kingsport commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day drew a diverse crowd of more than 150 people.

Tribe bowlers book tickets to state

The Dobyns-Bennett bowling teams booked their ticket to state Monday with impressive sectional wins at Warpath Lanes. The boys easily outpointed Heritage 23-4 and the girls routed Gatlinburg-Pittman 25-2. The TSSAA meet begins Thursday.
