With the Carousel Project nearing completion, the next addition to the Kingsport Midway is already in the works. A local businessman, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged millions of dollars for what will be called "The Big Pal."

After three months in a Memphis hospital, with maybe another year left to go, 6-year-old Mack Ward's spirits received a much needed boost during chemotherapy last week when he received a "Skype" call form his kindergarten classmates in Rogersville.
