Mayor Larry Frost's cell phone records indicate he spent approximately 575 minutes talking to the three board members who voted with him in favor of the senior center takeover in the two weeks prior to the Feb. 24 BMA meeting.

In each of these cases of auto burglary, the vehicles had been left unlocked by the owners, and in both cases of vehicles being stolen, the keys had been left in the vehicles by the owners. Police are urging city residents to lock vehicles.
