Driver allegedly had six pages of traffic violations and a half-smoked joint

A Kingsport man who was stopped in Church Hill Friday after he allegedly drove over the new traffic markers in front of McDonald's was reportedly found to have a suspended license, a driving history six pages long, and a partly smoked joint.
