Teen charged in Carter County BB shooting death of 4-year-old

The 13-year-old has been charged in the death of Coty Cox on July 2. Investigators said the boys, along with a 10-year-old brother, had been left alone at a mobile home at 340 Lovers Lane by Cox's mother.
