Update: Woman identifies herself as jewelry theft suspect, surrenders to Kingsport police

KINGSPORT — Bridgette M. Rollins, 26, of 209 Virgil Ave., Kingsport, is charged with felony theft of more than $500. Police say that on May 9 she shoplifted jewelry from Belk in the Kingsport Town Center. The total value of the stolen items was $625.
