Police say two injured when truck strikes motorcycle

Officers with the Bristol Tenn. Police Department and Bristol Tenn. Fire Department responded to a report of a motorcycle vs. truck accident at about 6 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Highway 394 and Whitetop Road.

The fire took place on the morning of Sept. 8 when a subcontractor was soldering gutters. A state fire marshal was on the scene getting ready to do an inspection and saw smoke and fire coming from the roof.
