Ex-Elizabethton man charged in murders

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced Friday that man who previously lived in Elizabethton had been arrested in the shooting deaths of a woman and three teenagers whose bodies were found in a car in a former mountain resort in Cumberland County.
