Eastman breaks ground on new corporate business center

KINGSPORT — The five-story facility will be an expansion of Eastman’s corporate campus and will be located on the site of its existing ballfields on South Wilcox. It is the first major component of “Project Inspire” — a $1.6 billion reinvestment plan.
