ROGERSVILLE — Hawkins County deputies are looking for a Morristown man who allegedly stole a FedEx package containing iPhones that his girlfriend had accepted for a neighbor. HCSO Detective Ken Sturgill said the items are worth $5,000.

Downtown Kingsport experienced some of the worst flooding ever, with dozens of houses, businesses and government buildings impacted by Wednesday evening’s sudden storm that dropped nearly four inches of water on the Model City in less than two hours.
