A Dallas nurse who flew from Texas to Ohio and back before being diagnosed with Ebola will be released from an Atlanta hospital Tuesday after tests showed she's virus-free, a hospital spokeswoman said.

According to a press release, a southbound CSX train had just left the rail yard when both the engineer and the conductor noticed an individual, identified as Dallas Wayne Turner, 38, 2424 Princeton Road, Kingsport, lying in the middle of the tracks.
