NEW YORK (AP) — “The balloons are the best part,” 11-year-old Matthew Ragbe said as he watched them leave their launch pads on 77th Street and turn the corner to face the crowds of parade-goers, many of whom waited hours to secure a good viewing spot.

CHURCH HILL — Police Chief Mark Johnson says the body of an 18-year-old male was located at approximately 11 a.m. It was reportedly outside a residence on Burlington Road and appears to have been in the elements for "several hours."
