Hawkins County fire association almost broke, can’t afford insurance payment

ROGERSVILLE — If the Hawkins County Fireman’s Association doesn’t come up with another $2,500, it won’t be able to cover the insurance bill that provides accident and sickness coverage to about 275 volunteer firefighters.
