Convicted child rapist sentenced to 180 days after failing to report for a year

Convicted child rapist Billy Wayne Spears was sentenced to 180 days in jail Monday by Sessions Judge J. Todd Ross in exchange for a guilty plea to attempted violation of the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.
