Although a at least four Hawkins County school facilities have already been given specially dedicated names, until Thursday there was no board policy for the naming of facilities.

For the past 20 years Hawkins Elementary School's brightest students have been rewarded at the end of every grading period with a trip to Hardee's for maintaining an honor roll grade level.
