Surgoinsville officials hope next bridge closure won’t exceed two to three weeks

The Longs Bend Road bridges over the Holston River in Surgoinsville could be closed for two to three weeks, or closed for eight to 10 weeks, depending on which option the builder chooses in the final stages of construction.
