Major roadways in Kingsport set to be resurfaced

Three major roads in Kingsport will be receiving a fresh layer of asphalt later this summer, nearly eight miles of road along Stone Drive, Center Street and Lynn Garden Drive. The $4.2 million project is slated to be done by Aug. 31.
