Sullivan commissioners expected to back up Godsey's naming of DUI, community service programs monitor

BLOUNTVILLE — On Thursday, outgoing Sullivan County Mayor Steve Godsey issued a memorandum naming Cindy Stewart as the new monitor of the county's DUI and community service programs.
