Fall Branch man facing federal charges alleging he used a restricted pesticide to kill birds

Prosecutors filed the complaint against Rickie Cloyd on Sept. 4 in U.S. District Court in Greeneville. The charges include using a restricted pesticide and killing migratory birds. A court hearing has not been scheduled.
