Autopsies determine children found in freezer were slain

Autopsies have determined that two children found dead in a freezer in their Detroit home were beaten to death, with the youngest child also suffering "thermal injuries."

At approximately 2 p.m., a Realtor visited a residence that's for sale in Kingsport. Shortly after arrival to the property she was dialing police, as an unknown man was found "lying under a picnic table without anything on."
