New day on High Knob: Popular recreation spot officially reopens

A throng upwards of 200 happy souls were shuttled up, up and all the way to the tippy top up for Friday's grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies of the High Knob Observation Tower, greeted by music, smiles and that iconic scenic view.
