Funny Car's DeJoria making strides in third full-time NHRA season

It may be only Alexis DeJoria's third full-time season on the NHRA Mello Yello Series, but the 36-year-old from Venice, Calif., has placed herself in title contention in the highly competitive Funny Car division eight races into the season.
