Paduch brothers lose appeal of building code violation

Colonial Heights man driving wrong way on I-81 in critical condition after wreck

KINGSPORT - Traffic on Interstate 81 came to a standstill early Wednesday evening after a Colonial Heights man traveled the wrong way in the northbound lanes and struck a vehicle nearly head on, according to Kingsport Police Department traffic officers.
