Sullivan County Commission approves budget without tax hike

BLOUNTVILLE - Sullivan County's property rate won't increase this year. On Monday, the Sullivan County Commission officially set this year's tax rate at the same level as last year: $2.53 per $100 of assessed value.

Kingsport may reverse course on funding ETSU arts classes

Foreign exchange students not admitted in Hawkins County due to confusion over paperwork
