Carter County jail escapee steals money, euthanasia drug

ELIZABETHTON -The Carter County Sheriff's Department sent out a nationwide warning that a jail trusty who escaped the jail on Monday morning should be considered "armed and dangerous." He was allegedly armed with a substance that can quickly kill a dog.
