Kingsport teen's reckless homicide sentence suspended

Aaron Z. Decker, 18, spent three months in the Washington County Detention Center after he pleaded guilty in September to reckless homicide in an October 2007 crash that killed a friend. He was in court Friday for the final sentencing in the case.
