Police say Limestone man died in Carter jail Thanksgiving night

A Limestone man died in the Carter County Jail on Thanksgiving night, less than an hour after he had been brought to the jail by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and criminal impersonation.
