Hawkins men indicted in $28K insurance fraud, arson scheme

Michael S. Caldwell and Brandon Eugene Frost are accused of taking part in a plot to "get rid" of a 2007 Chevy Tahoe, which later resulted in a $28,054 insurance settlement.
